I was never one to enjoy working out and couldn't understand the people who did. Then I met Debbie and started taking her boot camp classes and I can honestly say I'm a changed person. I look forward to boot camp classes and feel better on the days I go, and more tired on the days I don't. I have become a stronger person physically and mentally because of her boot camp classes. Debbie has a great way of pushing you, and getting you to WANT to push yourself. I haven't been as physically fit as I am now in a long time and I am really proud of how far I'm come, all with her help. The classes were great and flew by, but you feel awesome after realizing how much of your body you exercised. Debbie is great at keeping the group focused and energized throughout and is more than welcome to accept any limitations you may have (and provide other alternatives to ensure you get the same workout). ~ Dan

The best thing about sessions with Debbie is that she challenges you [while] making the experience the best for you and your body. If something hurts, she helps you figure out why and stretch it out.
